Crock pot Chicken and Artichoke Cassrole

Ingredients
3 Lb. or (24 oz) Skinless Chicken Breast½ tsb. White pepper½ tsb. Paprika1 Tbsp. butter3 tbsp. sherry½ Cup chicken broth½ tsp. tarragon1 can mushrooms2 tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
Directions
Wash and pat dry the chicken
Season with salt, white pepper paprika
Use a large pan, with the butter, brown the chicken on both sides
Place mushrooms in a crock pot
Drain Artichokes and place in crock pot
Sprinkle with quick-cooking tapioca
Place browned chicken in the crock pot
Pour in the broth and sherry
Add Tarragon

Cook on low for 8 hrs.
