mung bean salad

Ingredients
Mung beans - 1 cupsalt - to tastepapper - to tastelemon juice - to taste
Directions
Soak mung beans in water for about 7-8 hrs..preferably hot water.

Drain water completely.

Add salt, pepper n a dash of lemon juice.

Mix well n serve.
