Lisa's Low Carb Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1-1/4 Cups Soy Flour1 Cup All Purpose Flour1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. kosher salt6 T Splenda brown sugar blend6 T Splenda sugar blend1 tsp. vanilla extract2 eggs2 cups dark chocolate chips1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt, set aside. Beat butter, cream cheese, brown sugar substitute, white sugar substitute, vanilla and eggs until creamy. Gradually add in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.

Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake on middle oven rack for 8 minutes to get soft cookies or 10 minutes for crispy cookies. Cool completely on cookie racks.

Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
