Baked Acorn Squash

1 acorn squash1c cooked brown rice2tbsp chopped walnut1/4 c chopped onion1/4 c chopped celerysalt and pepper to taste
1. Cut in half and remove seeds from squash
2. Place squash onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
3. Stir together rice, walnuts, onion, celery, salt and pepper.
4. Fill each pre-cooked squash halve with half of the rice mixture.
5. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until squash is tender.
