Caldo Verde Light (zucchini, leek and cabbage soup)

Ingredients
3 Zucchini4 Leeks1 Onion1 Turnip1 Cup shredded cabbage
Directions
Cut the peeled zucchinis, leeks, onion and turnip in small pieces, wash and put in a cooking pot covered with water. Boil until tender and reduce to purée with a blender.
Stir in the shredded cabbage and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat a little before the cabbage is completlly cooked.
If you want this is the time to put a little olive oil and salt.
Serve and enjoy!
