Mexican Borracho Beans

Ingredients
1 can of pinto beans1 can of Rotel1 raw slice of bacon (cut into pieces)1 jalapeno pepper; remove seeds (chopped)1/2c. onion (chopped)1/4 c. of cilantro (chopped)Dash of light beer (preferably corona light)salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and cayenne to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients into a pot. Heat until it comes to a boil. Lower heat and let simmer for 10 minutes or so, stirring occasionally.

I believe it makes about 6 servings at 1/2 cup....but it could be more servings.
