buttered cabbage with egg noodles

small head of cabbage...12 cups2 cups of raw egg noodles4 TBS stick margarine1 large skillet1 sauce pan
Cut cabbage into bite sized peices. 12 cups. In a large skillet. Put 4 TBS margarine...do not substitute...it will not taste right. Sautee cabbage medium heat, stiring frequently until it turns clear. Do not let it brown. While cooking cabbage boil water. When water boils put in egg noodles. Cook egg noodles. When egg noodles are done, drain, then stir into margarine and cabbage. Makes 8 servings unless you are my husband. Then it make 2.
