Greek Salad

Ingredients
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Western Family Brand)1 1/2 Tablespoons Realemon Lemon Juice (.75 0z)1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano (may want to use more to taste)1 Clove of Garlic minced1/8 teasooon of black pepper (or to taste)70 grams of Fresh Red Pepper medium size chunks75 grams of Fresh Green Pepper medium size chunks325 grams of cucumber (I used English cucumber)475 grams of Tomato cut into wedges (approx 3 tomatoes)Kalamata Olives (approx 20)325 grams Feta Cheese55 grams of Red Onion
Directions
Mix Olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, pepper together
Prepare and cut red & green peppers
Cut tomatoes
Cut cucumber in half length wise and slice
Add Olives
Mix all together
Crumble Feta Cheese & add
Pour olive oil, lemon juice mixture over and chill
