Sauteed Spinach

Ingredients
10oz bag Spinach2 cups Button Mushrooms, sliced1 cup Onion, sliced thin1T Extra Virgin Olive Oil Garlic, minced to taste Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper to taste
Directions
- Add olive oil to non-stick frying pan
- Add onions saute until they begin to turn opaque
- Add mushrooms and spinach
- Stir together and let "melt down"
- Add garlic and Mrs Dash to taste
