Frozen Mango Yogurt

Ingredients
1.5 cups frozen or fresh mango2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt1/4 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup half and half (not fat free)
Directions
Mix all the ingredients up in a blender until smooth, pour into electric ice cream maker, and freeze according to manufacturers instructions - takes approx 15 minutes to freeze.

Serve immediately or store in a plastic container and put in freezer until ready to use.

This is excellent topped with chocolate syrup and slivered almonds!

    So easy. Has that nice yogurt tang, but that's not a bad thing. I used plain yogurt and added a little vanilla extract. Tastes great! - 2/28/10
