Spicy Black Beans on Polenta

Ingredients
½ cup premade or homemade polenta, sliced3/4 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed½ cup chopped red pepper½ cup chopped red onion2 cups spinach1 jalapeno pepper, diced and seeded1/2 tsp. olive oil1/4 cup avocado, chopped
Directions
Fry polenta in dry pan until browned on both sides. Warm the next 6 ingredients in a pan for about 5 min. Place mixture on polenta and top with avocado.
