Gazpacho

Ingredients
3 chopped tomatoes, 2 chopped cucumbers,1/2 red oinion chopped, 1 yellow bell pepper,1 garlic clove, 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 4 cups vegtable cocktail juice.
Directions
Mix together in a glass bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours for all of the flavors to mesh. Serves 6
