Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
2-8oz packages low fat cream cheese, softened**1/2 cup smart balance light butter, softened1 1/2 cups powdered sugar1 tsp vanilla extract**You can also use one fat free & one low fat cream cheese, but the consistency was not right with all fat free.**
Directions
Whip all ingredients together. Once frosted, place cake in refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm frosting before cutting. Store any left over cake or icing in refrigerator.

Makes about 2 cups.
