1/3 cup oil, 1 egg + enough milk to equal 1 cup total.1.5 cups flour1 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder3/4 cup brown sugar2 cups blueberriescinnamon & sugar, for sprinkling
Mix 1/3 cup oil, 1 egg + enough milk to equal 1 cup total. Sift 1.5 cups flour, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking poswer and 3/4 cup brown sugar. Mix with wet ingredients. Stir in berries. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 425 degrees for 22 minutes.
