Ingredients
1 C jicama, sliced into thin strips 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp paprika 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp chili powder
Directions
Preparation:
Julienne or wedge the jicima.Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl until fries are well coated. Enjoy!

    Like Jicima cut into "fry" shapes, & "chip" shapes too. I don't use the olive oil. Peeling the exterior of the Jicima before slicing it is sufficient "moisture" for my taste buds to enjoy. I also sprinkle on celery salt, or garlic salt, or eat raw without flavors. - 8/7/19
