No-Crust Vegetable Quich

Ingredients
1 cup evaporated skim milk1 cup fresh eggs8 slices crisp bacon1/2 cup chopped green onions1 cup chopped tomatoes1 can mushrooms, drained and rinsed1 can whole kernel corn1 cup shredded mozzarella cheesesalt & peper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Beat eggs with milk, pepper, & salt, add other ingredients and mix.
3. Pour into greased pieplate.
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes or until done.
