plum cherry crumble with oat and spelt topping

Ingredients
12 plums, quartered and stones removed3 cups cherries, pitted and halved1 t allspice1 T crystallized ginger, finely chopped2 T sucanatTOPPING220 grams spelt flour80 grams rolled oats140 grams butter (fridge cold)100 grams sucanat60 grams almonds, chopped
Directions
Mix together fruit, allspice, ginger and sugar in a prepared ovenproof dish (9x11).

Chop buter into cubes and place in bowl with remaining ingredients. Crumble with fingers until combined and crumbly. Pour crumble over fruit and pat down. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.
