Meatball Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, at least 93% lean1/4 C. Progresso Bread Crumbs1 Egg2 Tablespoons Chopped Onion1/4 C. Ketchup2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce2 Cans Lowfat Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 C. Fat Free Sour Cream
Directions
In medium bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, and onions. form into golf ball sized balls, and place on pam-sprayed cooling rack on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from rack and place in pan on stove over medium heat. Add soup, ketchup and worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in Sour cream and serve over brown rice or whole wheat "egg" noodles. Serves 6.
