Jamie's Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients
Take italian sausage out of casing. Break apart and cooking in frying pan until no longer pink. Drain off all oil. Then add into 1 cup plain italian sauce.
Directions
Cook 6 lasagna noodles per package directions. Drain. Ladle tomatoe sauce in pan. Lay out lasagna noodle. At upper edge, put 1 tbs ricotta cheese, 1 tablespoon sausage, and 1 tsp grated mozzarella cheese. Roll up and add to pan. After all noodles have been rolled up, add plain tomato sauce on top of rolls, add a bit more mozzarella and cook for 30 minutes in oven at 350 degrees.
