Nori Arugula Wrap

Ingredients
1 sheet Nori seeweedTomato - sliced thin, about 1/2 med. tomato1/4 avocado1/2 cup arugula1 oz. chicken (use as condiment, not main ingredient)
Directions
Lay out seeweed. Spread lettuce evenly, but leave about 1" of seaweed bare at one end. Add other ingredients. Roll seaweed as shown on back of package. Enjoy!
