Chopped Veggie Salad

Ingredients
12 asparagus cut into quarters (you can steam them for 3 mins to make them softer)1 green apple cut into cubes3 cups spinach½ cup shelled edamame½ cup beats cut into cubes1 cup cucumber cut into cubes¾ cup green beans cut into halves½ cup cherry tomatoes cut in halves2 oz extra sharp white cheddar cheese
Directions
Chop all veggies and mix together - or you can layer this salad, start with the spinach on the bottom and then pile up the rest of the veggies topping it off with the cheese.

use any kind of fruity salad dressing
