Ingredients
1/2 cup flour1/2 milk3 large eggs1/8 tsp salt
Directions
Blend the eggs, milk, and flour together in a blender. Then use a round baking dish greased with Smart Balance Spread or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Pour into the dish and bake at 425F for 15 minutes.
Makes about a 11" pie sized dish; cut into 8 equal pie shaped pieces.

    Yum! I make this all the time, though switch in whole wheat flour and drop the salt... but I use the traditional (and less healthy!) method of 2 tbps butter in the pan. I love it moist in the middle--the eggy texture is like a popover. I used to eat it with lots of butter on top...I know better now! - 1/20/13

    took it out right at 20 mins and it was perfect! but every oven is different! i topped it with a mixture of melted butter and brown sugar because i was out of syrup and it was so yummy!! - 9/20/11

    it was ok, i had to leave it in the oven on a lower heat for another 10 mins, as it was still too moist in the center. - 7/26/09
