4 skinless boneless, skinless chicken breast halves cut into small pieces0.5 cup chopped red pepper1 cup chopped broccoli0.5 cup low fat Italian dressing1 tsp ginger0.25 cup lite soy sauce
mix soy sauce, Italian dressing and ginger in bowl. Add chicken, pepper, and broccoli.
marinate 20-30 minutes and grill or place all in pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. serve with rice. Makes 4 servings
