Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup white flour3 large eggspinch of salt5fl oz semi skimmed milk 2% fatapprox 5fl oz water
Directions
put flour in a bowl
add salt and eggs
mix together, then add milk and water until mixture is pouring consistency
heat oven to 230
pour 1tsp vegetable oil into yorkshire pudding tin and heat in oven til fat is hot
add yorkshire pudding mix to tins and return to oven
cook for 15 minutes or until puddings are risen and golden brown
