Ingredients
1 cup white rice1 cup tomato sauce1 clove minced garlic2 tbsp sliced green onion2 tsp salt1 cup water1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Brown rice, garlic, and green onion with olive oil over medium heat. Pour in water and tomato sauce. Stir in salt. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
