20 oz Ground Turkey Breast Shady Brook Farm 99% Fat Free1 15.5 oz Can Black Beans1 14.5 oz Can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes(No Salt Added)
Put alittle olive oil in a skillet. Cook ground turkey until no longer pink, add diced tomatoes, and black beans until cooked through. Let cook for abit for the flavors to blends together.
1/2 Cup Servings.. Top with Scallions.
Sour Cream Optional
I serve this two ways. 1st we serve this in a small tortia wrap. 1/4 cup fits perfect in a small wrap. Or put this in a bowl and have 1-2 oz of Tostado Scoops. Yes I actually measure them out. This reheats great, freezes great and is a quick fix.
