Ingredients
FOR THE MARINADE:1 Tbsp Basil1 Tbsp Lemon Pepper1.5 tsp Garlic Powder1/2 Tbsp Orange Peel1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar1/8 Cup Rice Vinegar1/8 Cup Cider Vinegar1 Tbsp Olive OilFor the Kabob:14 oz Chicken Breast (No Bone)8 oz Scallops3 oz Portabella Mushrooms1 (6oz) Bell Pepper2 oz Red Onion
Directions
1 - Place all the ingredients for the marinade into a bowl and mix.

2 - Cut up the Chicken, Mushrooms, Pepper, and Onion into 1 inch squares

3 - Kabab them (Chicken, Mushrooms, Pepper, Scallops, and Onions) on skewers (if wooden skewers - remember to soak them in water before Kababbing).

4 - Place Kabobs on grill and lightly baste every time you turn them.

5 - Kaabobs should be done right as the marinade runs out.
