8 oz shrimp (cooked or canned) 16 oz package frozen stir fry vegetables2 C cooked brown rice (I used Uncle Ben's instant brown rice)1/2 C Kikkoman's stir fry sauce
Cook rice according to package directions. While it's cooking, lightly stir vegetables in a hot skillet to thaw them. If the shrimp is raw, add it at the same time as the vegetables. Once the vegetables are heated and the shrimp is cooked, combine all ingredients together and cook just until heated. If the shrimp is canned, add it at the same time as the remaining ingredients.
