Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"Egg Yolk, 1 largeBrown Sugar, 1 cup, packed Salt, .125 tsp Milk, 1%, 1.5 cup*Flour, white, .25 cup Margerine Imperial, 2 tspVanilla Extract, 1 tsp *Egg white, 2 serving Granulated Sugar, 2.5 tsp
1 - 9" pie cut into 8 servings
Pre-bake shell
In saucepan combine brown sugar, flour, and salt. Add mixture of egg yolks beaten with milk. Bring to boil on medium heat, stiring constantly until thickened. Add margerine and vanilla.
Fill baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites and white sugar untill stiff. Place on top of pie. Brown in oven at 350.
Serve chilled.
