Soft Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients
1-3/4 cup whole wheat flour1-3/4 cup Quaker instant oats3/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed3/4 cup Truvia Natural Sweetener (18 packets)1/3 cup All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites1 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! spread1 tsp vanilla extract (real, not artificial!)1 tsp baking soda1/2 cup Nestle miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients except flour, oats, and chocolate chips.

Add flour and mix thoroughly.

Add oats and chocolate chips, mix thoroughly.

Make heaping tablespoons of dough onto aluminum foil covered cookie sheet. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until golden around edges. Let cool, and enjoy!

It yielded 44 cookies for me, which is what I used for the nutrition information.
