Lasagna with lean ground beef and whole wheat noodles

Ingredients
part skim ricotta3 eggsparmesanmozzarellaw.w. noodlessan marzano tomatoes2 white onions1 stick butterlean ground beef
Directions
create cheese mix - ricotta, eggs parmesan
brown ground beef
make sauce, tomatoes, butter, onion (peeled and halved) heat 90 minutes covered 30 uncovered.
boil noodles.
layer noodles, ricotta, meat sauce mozzarella then repeat leaving off last layer of mozzarella. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Add layer of mozzarella bake another 5 minutes.
