Black Bean Soup, Vegetarian

Ingredients
Black Beans, Onion, Garlic, Celery, Carrots, Wakame Seaweed, Olive Oil, Red Wine, Cider Vinegar, Spices.
Directions
Soak black beans and then cook. (or use canned) using enough water to form a stock. Soaking reduces gas-producing qualities. Add onion and garlic when beans are nearly done. Then add celery and carrots and other ingredients. Cook until done. Adjust seasoning.
