Ingredients
rosarita refried beans, vegetarian, 0.5 cup (remove)Sour Cream, 1 tbsp (remove)Kraft Ranch Salad Dressing, 1 tbsp (remove)Black Olives, 6 jumbo (remove)Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tbsp (remove)Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded (remove)Spinach, fresh, .5 cup (remove)Lettuce, red leaf (salad), .5 leaf inner (remove)Romaine Lettuce (salad), .5 inner leaf (remove)
Directions
grate cheese, heat beans in microwave, heat taco shell, layer ingredients in shell,
add hot sauce of your choice and enjoy!

I use whole wheat taco shells and low carb ones.
