My chili con carne

Ingredients
Ground beef, 350 grams Cumin powder, 1 tbsp or to tasteChili powder, 1 tbsp or to tasteCinnamon, ground, 0.5 tsp Garlic, 2 cloveOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium Mushrooms, fresh, 5 medium Chicken bouillon, 1 cube Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Beans, red kidney, cooked, 250 grams (1 tin)Canned Tomatoes, 400 grams Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup
Directions
Blitz the onion and garlic with a little water, then cook until transparent. Add the beef and cook for a couple minutes. Add the spices and vegetables (not the beans), stir, then add the tomatoes, paste and bouillon, along with the water. Simmer (covered) for 50 minutes, then add the beans and simmer for a further 10 minutes. Serves 6 with plain brown rice and a spoonful of fat free yoghurt if you overdid the chili!
