Bean and Corn-Less Slow Cooker Chicken Chili

Ingredients
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (approx. 1lb)- 1 (16oz) Jar Salsa- 3 tbsps Chili Powder - 2 tbsps Garlic Powder- 2 tbsps Onion Powder- 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
Directions
The night before you want to serve this dish:
- Place chicken in the slow cooker.
- Pour the salsa on top of the chicken, it should just about cover it (I like mine swimming in the salsa, but you don't need that much).
- Season with Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Cayenne Pepper (adjust as desired)
- Cover, cook on low overnight.

The Day Of:
- About 2 hours before you wish to serve the chili, pull out the chicken and shred it with two forks.
- Replace the chicken.

Serve as desired. Makes about 12 1-cup servings.
