Hobo Dinners (the healthy version)

Ingredients
1 Pound Ground Turkey3/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground mustard2 large onions, quartered2 med. potatoes, sliced16 baby carrots4 TBSP I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light (stick)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Mix meat, salt and ground mustard. Form into 4 equal patties. Place each patty on an individual foil sheet. Place 2 quartersof onion on each patty. Divide potatoes into 4 equal parts and place on onions. Do the same with the carrots. Top each dinner with 1 TBSP of I can't believe it's not butter light (stick). Fold foil into pouches. Bake for 1 hour and 15 min. Serving size is one foil pouch.
