Directions
Dry:1 1/3 cups oat flour1 cup protein powder1 tbs baking powder4 tbs cinnamon3 tbs ground ginger1 tsp ground clovesWet:4 eggs2 1/2 cups applesauce1/4 cup vegetable oil4 tbs vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease (or use muffin cups) muffin pan for 18 muffins.
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl and wet ingredients in medium bowl. Add wet to dry and mix until moistened. Using 1/3 cup measure, scoop into prepared muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until muffins are set.
