low fat onion burgers

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs of extra lean ground beef1 tsp salt1 sm green bell pepper chopped1 sm onion chopped1 tbsp horseradish1 tbsp mustard1/3 cup ketchup
Directions
Mix all ingredients except ketchup. press beef mixture into pie plate. spread ketchup over top. Cook uncovered in 350 oven 45-50 minutes until done.let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
