Chilled Cucumber & Avocado Soup

Ingredients
1 very large european cucumber, seeded & cut into chunks2 Haas Avocados, peeled and seed removed1 1/2 cups lo-fat buttermilk
Directions
Put all ingredients into food processor and puree. Refrigerate 40 minutes until very cold.
