Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
1 Cucumber, peeled and sliced1/2 of a lemon, juice onlyfresh dill, chopped, about 1TB2 TB sugar1/2 cup of light sour cream
Directions
Makes about 3 servings

Peel and slice the cucumber.

In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream and sugar until smooth. Add lemon juice and stir. Taste. Add more lemon if too sweet. Stir in Dill.

Allow to stand in the refrigerator if you have time (about 30 min. so flavors blend more fully) and if you don't, pour over the cucumbers and Enjoy!
