Mexican Lasagna with Turkey

12 Corn Tortillas1lb Ground Turkey1 can diced tomato1 can black beans1.5 cups shredded mexican or cheddar cheese
Cook ground turkey until no longer pink. Add canned tomatos and let simmer for 1 minute. Add chili powder to taste.
Layer a 9x13 inch baking dish with 6 corn tortillas. Add 1/2 the turkey mixture. Add next layer of 6 tortillas. Top with can of black beans. Add remaining turkey mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
