Vegetable stir fry

Ingredients
1/2 of a Roma tomatoe5-6 pieces of broccoli cut off the stalk1/4 of red onion1 tsp. white cooking wine.1 1/2 tbsp. butter.1 tsp. brown sugarabout a pinch of salt and pepper2 tbsp. of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
Directions
Cut broccoli of stalk. Place in pan with half tbsp. of butter. Add pinch of salt and pepper. When about right for you take out and put i bowl. Slice 1/4 of red onion and put in pan with 1/2 tbsp. of butter. Add 1 tsp. whit cooking wine. when about right take out of a pan and put in bowl with broccoli. Chop 1/2 of a roma tomato. Put in pan with 1/2 tbsp. of butter and 1 tsp. brown sugar. Cook until it starts to caramelize. Take out and add to bowl with onions and brocoli. Also add 2 tbsp. of hidden valley ranch if wanted.

Makes about 2 1-cup servings.
