Ingredients
1 cup Flour2 Eggs1/2 c Skim Milk1/2 c Water1/4 tsp salt2 T Canola Oil
Directions
Put ingredients into a blender in the order given. Blend on high for 30 seconds. Stop the blender & scrape down the sides. Blen for 30-60 seconds more. Makes about 16 crepes. Batter can be kept in fridge for 3 days. These also freeze well.
You can cook them either on a crepe maker or in a small pan that has been lightly oiled. They cook in 2-3 mintues or less. Separate with layers of waxed paper. Add your favorite filling (we like jam with a bit of aerosol whipped cream).
