HJ Crock Pot Ham and Lentils

Ingredients
1 lb dry lentils6 cups water1 ham (appx 2 lbs)3-4 chopped carrots3-4 stalks chopped celery1 med onion, chopped
Directions
Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low until tender.

Makes 8 servings (1.5 cups of lentils and 4 oz piece of ham)
