1 - 40oz bag of boneless chicken3 - 16oz bags of California Style Vegetables1 - 26oz can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, Condensed1- 16oz bag wide egg noddlesSeasonings that you prefer- I use Ms. Dash w/no calories or sodium.
1. Prep - Cook the chicken (either boil or bake it) and cut into chunks.
Boil the egg noodles and strain.
Boil the Vegetables and strain.
2. Mix all ingredients prepped in step one into a large pot.
3. Add the Cream of Mushroom soup in condensed form. * Add the seasoning your family prefers.
4. Mix well and heat as needed.
Overfills 6 regular sized bowls (estimate 3 to 3.5 cups each)
