Grandma's Cheese Ball

Ingredients
4 oz Blue Cheese16 oz Cream Cheese1 tsp minced garlic
Directions
In a small to medium size mixing bowl, using a fork, mix all the ingredients together. Make sure that all the blue cheese is thoroughly mixed in with the cream cheese (no lumps). Cover it tightly and refrigerate overnight.

There are 140 crackers in a box of Ritz crackers. This cheese ball will usually last the whole box. I put the servings as 140, so just record how many you've eaten.

A warning about this cheese ball - it's addicting, and you might not want to eat anything else until it's gone. That's satisfying, but not healthy.
