Thai Tuna Wraps

Ingredients
2 T lime juice1/2 c mayonnaise1 T soy sauce, low sodium1T sugar3 c cabbage, chopped1 medium carrot, shredded3 green onions with tops, sliced2 T cilantro, fresh1 can (6oz) water-packed tuna, drained and flaked6 (8-inch) flour tortillas18 large, fresh spinach leaves
Directions
Whisk together lime juice, 2 T of the maynnaise, soy sauce and sugar.
Add cabbage, carrot, green onions, cilantro and tuna to soy sauce mixture; mix lightly.
For each wrap spread tortilla with 1 T of the remaining mayo. Top with 1/2 cup of the tuna mixture and 3 spinach leaves. Roll up tortilla tightly.
Makes 6 wraps.
