Diane's LOW FAT Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
8 oz. uncooked elbow mac.8 oz fat free chedar cheese1 .25 cup eggbeater1/4 cup skim milk.salt and pepper to taste
Directions
cook noodles until almost done.
beat egg and milk and pepper together
drain pasta
stir in egg mixture
stir in cheese all but 1/2 cup to
sprinkle around on top.
bake in 400 degrees oven until bubbly.
serve and enjoy
makes 8 half cup servings

    I appreciate the fact that this low fat recipie is actually very low in fat. I was forced to make some higher fat substitutions in preparation. Calorically, it turned out not to make a big difference,but it did come out a bit dry. Good flavor though and filling. - 1/17/10

    yes, i like my mac and cheese dry. i don't like it soupy.
