Rachel's pepperoni pizza

1 oz. baker's yeast1 cup lukewarm water1 tsp. sugar2.5 cups whole grain flour1 tsp. salt2 TBSP. olive oil8 oz. pepperoni16 oz. mozerella cheese1 tomato, chopped8 oz. tomato sauce1 tsp. oregano0.5 tsp. garlic powder0.5 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Dissolve baker's yeast in lukewarm water. Add sugar to water and yeast mixture. Mix flour, salt, and olive oil. When yeast is completely dissolved add it to the flour mixture. Mix together with a fork. Let it rest five minutes.
Meanwhile, shredded mozerella cheese and mix tomato sauce, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Chop the tomato.
Grease or PAM a large pizza pan. Press dough into pan from the middle working your way out to the edges. Add a layer of tomato, pour the pizza sauce over the top of the tomatoes. Add a layer of pepperoni. Add a layer of cheese. Add another layer of pepperoni. Add the remaining cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes. Slice into 12 equal pieces
