Cornbread

Ingredients
2 cups white or yellow self-rising cornmeal mix1/4 cup vegetable oil1 large egg1 1/4 cup milk or buttermilk
Directions
Mix all ingredients until moistened. Pour into preheated iron skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
